From Roadmap Chaos to GTM Choreography: How roadmap-based orchestration turns launches into coordinated revenue moments
Most GTM launches fail not because the product is bad but because the team wasn’t choreographed. How many times have your sellers found out about a new product launch from their customer? Can you count high enough to tally how frequently customer success teams are unaware of a major release that directly impacts their clients? Product development and GTM teams acutely feel the pain of misalignment when it comes to product launches, which in turn leads to mistrust, delays, and last-minute insanity. Let’s stop the chaos. In this session, we will discover why most product or program launches still feel so chaotic, and how to turn our roadmaps into the operating system for GTM readiness. You will leave armed with practical tips for turning GTM into a repeatable motion through orchestration.
